“How to Improve your Kid’s IQ”
We are doing a lot of things for our kids every day. If you add these simple steps to your kid’s daily routine, his IQ will be improved fast. It requires at least fifteen to twenty days effort to develop and maintain a new habit. If you help your kid to do these steps continuously for one month, his IQ will be improved.
- The best method is, “To improve the Concentration”. Help him to learn basic steps of Yoga and meditation. Practice some breath exercise. Sit somewhere in some calm area, close your eyes and concentrate only on breathing. Daily practice it for 10 minutes.
- Try to learn a new word everyday. It is good exercise for the brain.
- When we try to learn something new everyday, our brain will become more efficient. Try to learn some new computer application or new games. But the best method is Let him try to learn some needy phone numbers everyday.
- Spend at 10 minutes daily for Brain games. Crosswords are very good method for it.
- Do physical exercise at least half an hour everyday. You may allow him to walk, or swim. It will provide freshness to his mind.
- It is good to take a 10 minute break when he studies continuously. It is good to have a walk or sit somewhere and relax.
- Practice some meditation for fifteen minutes when he wake up from sleep as well as when he got to bed for sleep. It will help to improve his concentration and IQ.
- Be sure that he is getting enough sleep. When you have less sleep, your brain will loose energy.
- Try to provide some good food which contains; Vitamin C& E. Small fishes, Soy beans etc. Fresh Juices and Fresh green salads will keep your kid's mind and IQ FRESH.
