How to Be “Energetic” Full day – Don’t miss these Simple steps

Do you feel very tiered and stressed? Don’t miss these simple steps to be energetic and dynamic whole day.
- Don’t avoid your Breakfast in any busy situation. The food you eat at morning will help to improve your body’s digestive system and it will provide energy a lot in mornings.
- Do exercise daily. You can walk; do Cycling, swim or whatever it is. If you feel tensed, then do some Yoga too.
- Try to reduce the consumption of Salt and Sugar.
- Eat more food which contains Carbohydrates and Fibers. Rice, Oats, egg, milk etc is good. Dried grapes and cashews can be used. Don’t forget to include some fresh and green vegetables in your food.
- Try to consume some fruits which contain Vitamin. Lemon, Orange etc is very good. Food which contains Vitamin B like Potatoes Mushroom is also very good.
- Don’t forget to drink at least 8 glass of water every day.
- Try to drink some Fresh Juice everyday. Lime and Cucumber Juices are very good. Add some Lime juice in grape juice it is a perfect energy drink.
- Put some Dates in a cup of water for whole night. And make a juice of it, with that same water. It is really good. Try this at least three times in every week.
- Don’t eat too much in night. But don’t avoid it. Use only less quantity. Include more salads and fruits in dinner.
- Try to avoid late sleeps. Let’s make a habit to go to bed and wake up at a correct time everyday. If you avoid sleep and watch TV for a long time in nights, then you will feel very tired on next day.
- Let’s “Be energetic”, dynamic and a “Sweet Personality” on each and everyday.

Welcome to Hub Pages! As a mother of two teenagers and a four year old, a writer, wife, and entrepreneur I constantly complain that I go to sleep tired and rarely wake up rested! Will have to give some of these a try! Voted up, useful, and interesting!
Drinking at least eight glasses of water and working out for like 20 to 30 minutes is what I do fairly regularly. I can say, yes, I feel stronger than I used to without exercise and enough liquids. Also, I do not forget to smile! :) I try to find happiness even in simplest things.

All good advice. A few I need to brush up on.. LOL
I used to run 1-1.5 hours a day... now when I get the urge to exercise I run a very hot bath. That gets a good workout sweat going... then "just" before I get out of the tub it's time for my Cardio - so I pull the plug and fight the current all the way till the tub is empty.
